Bizzarely entertaining, but itself marginally helpful.
This film was made with the premise that "the government will be there to help you." It will not. Look what happened with Katrina and hurricane Sandy - the government response was worse than the natural disaster. The most helpful thing the government can be hoped to do is stay out of the way and let us help ourselves and each other. We have all been on our own since Nixon (and every president since) dismantled Civil Defense.
